This form is a requirement for your stay. Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community managed by Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA). In addition to your reservation fees through Airbnb, VRBO, etc., you must pay Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees to ALCA. The information submitted on this form will determine the amount total amount of your membership fees. Upon completing this form, your host will submit a request through your booking platform for the additional fees required to secure your reservation. 
 

• Temporary Membership- Per Person Age 6 & Up Occupant: $6 per night

• Temporary Membership- Per Person Age 6 & Up Day Guest: $6

• Vehicle Gate/Access Card- Per Vehicle: $20 each

• Administration Fee- Each Rental Registration: $35 each
